课题组简况
新一代DNA测序与低成本DNA合成技术提供了海量基因资源与快速廉价的基因获取手段,为设计和创制工程细胞提供了近乎无限的可能性。杨晟实验室开发基于CRISPR相关系统的微生物基因组编辑工具,加速细胞构建以理解相关遗传与生化机制,据此迭代设计工程微生物,用于绿色化学、可持续农业与肠道益生菌药物。实验室累计发表文章百余篇,基因组编辑工具质粒分发两千余次,纤维素乙醇酵母在美国、巴西和印度投入商业应用,在酒精与氨基酸等领域取得显著经济效益。酶工程成果获上海市科技进步一等奖。杨晟研究员获DuPont Young Professor Award, Novozymes Innovation Award, 国务院政府特殊津贴及国家杰出青年科学基金。本组现有助理4人,博士生1人,硕士生3人及10余位客座研发人员,拥有微生物分子遗传与合成生物学的完备实验设施。‍‍‍‍‍‍CRISPR转座讲座视频酶库菌株质粒:1、质粒请至金斯瑞Molecular Cloud查询,需菌株或贵校在美国制裁名单上(不能从美国公司获取),请下载“材料转移协议”,补充相关内容后由法人单位(校办)签章,并将“材料转移协议”扫描件发送至info@cibt.ac.cn,我们即将相关质粒寄送给您。2、若无法取得法人单位(校办)签章或公司需要使用,下载“材料转移协议”,补充相关内容后将“材料转移协议”扫描件发送至info@cibt.ac.cn并按照协议中方式支付手续费,费用到账后我们即将相关质粒寄送给您。
